Chef de Partie, Country Hotel
£400 - £450 per week, plus service, accommodation available
We are looking for a strong CdP, who is confident in a busy fresh food kitchen to join this country hotel on a permanent basis.
You will be a team player who is confident on all sections, a tidy worker happy to take on the varying demands of a busy small hotel: Breakfast. lunch and dinner, bar and main restaurant (2 rosettes), weddings, functions and afternoon teas!
Working with an experienced head chef this is a great learning opportunity and a chance to work with a successful team in a beautiful part of the country.
- Good basic salary - £21k (c£400 per week)
- Share of service charge (c£2k per year, £80 per week)
