We are looking for a confident & creative Chef de Partie to join the brigade of one of the most exciting restaurants in Wales.

Our client’s 1 Michelin Star & 4 AA Rosette restaurant uses the fantastic local produce of the surrounding areas, but the menu also heavily relies on foraged ingredients. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section within the cutting-edge & modern kitchen.

Privately owned by the critically acclaimed chef patron and his wife, this restaurant with rooms is situated in the stunning welsh countryside offering guests luxury dining and accommodation in a beautifully tranquil setting. The restaurant also appears in the Waitress Good Food Guide and its 8 rooms have been rated 5 stars by The AA.

You must have fine dining experience (2 AA Rosette minimum), good technical cooking ability and possess a very high work ethic. You will also have a passion for culinary arts, a creative eye, and a good understanding of flavour and seasoning.
