We have a fantastic opportunity for a chef to work at one of the UK’s most exciting and exceptional new hotels, on the South West Coast.
The dream of one of this generation’s most influential and successful chefs, this hotel and restaurant has gone from strength to strength since opening earlier this year - gaining 1 Michelin star and Relais & Chateaux status.
This is a huge, career defining opportunity to work directly alongside one of this country’s most celebrated chefs. You will become a crucial member of the large talented kitchen brigade, all working together to produce incredible food using the finest produce imaginable.
You will be a strong all rounder, capable of running a section of a high 1 Michelin star level kitchen (excluding pastry). You will have experience working in a Michelin star or multi-Rosette standard kitchen previously, and a strong work ethic.
You will be contracted to 48 hours per week, and receive a good salary of £19.5k plus a generous share of gratuities.
Live-in may be available for those candidates looking to relocate for the role, but there is also plenty of affordable accommodation very nearby.
