Chef de Partie - Exciting New Project - High-End Dining pub - 26-28k Package - Live In - Oxfordshire

We are looking for strong, ambitious and talented chefs to join the brigade of this iconic Cotswold  gastropub in Oxfordshire, which has the winning combination of Michelin starred chefs at the helm and access to some of the best produce in the UK.

You will become part of a new kitchen brigade that is taking the food of this stunning property up to a new level. Working 5 days out of 7, you will be in charge of running your own section.

With the fantastic kitchen, and access to some incredible produce from the nearby farmland, this property has all the ingredients needed to achieve big things from the AA and Michelin guide over the coming year.

You will ideally have experience working in a Michelin starred kitchen environment, although candidates with no Michelin experience will be considered for Demi Chef de Partie positions.

You must be clean and presentable and work in a tidy and efficient manner. You will have the opportunity to learn from not one, but two of the UK’s most talented chefs, and work with exceptional produce.

High quality staff accommodation is available and you will be offered a salary of £21-23k plus gratuities of roughly £5k per annum.
