Chef de Partie - Gastronomic 3 AA Rosette hotel - 4 Day Week - West Wales - up to £24k package
We have a brilliant opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the brigade of one of the most exciting hotels in Wales.
Working as part of a team of roughly 11 chefs, you will be producing excellent modern British cuisine using seasonal produce, with a significant proportion coming from the bountiful kitchen garden in the hotel grounds.
You will be working 4 days per week with 3 days off, completing roughly 55 hours per week - this is an employer that looks after it’s staff and there are some great company benefits and perks.
Salary package is made up of a basic salary of up to £21k with potential tips on top of £2-3k.
Situated roughly 2 hours away from the capital city, Cardiff, you will be working and living in a stunning part of the UK, with easy access to the sea, mountains, towns and cities.
You will be running your own section of the kitchen with the assistance of your fellow chefs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working at a minimum 2 Rosette level, although 3 Rosette/Michelin experience would be desirable.
