Do you want to be working in an exciting new restaurant, set within a stunning hotel estate in the Cotswolds?
Cooking this state-of-the-art kitchen, you will be working as part of a brand new kitchen brigade producing delicious casual dining food, that will easily be at a 2 or 3 Rosette level.
The ideal candidate will have previously worked in a fresh food kitchen, ideally a busy gastropub, busy beachside kitchen, or brasserie - this restaurant will have a focus on serving some amazing seafood.
You will be cooking in a first-class kitchen environment, with a fantastic salary, 45 hour contract with overtime paid in lieu, and plenty of training & development opportunities. Staff accommodation is available on-site.
You will work on a section of the kitchen, within a team of Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs, reporting to the Head and Sous Chefs.
