We are currently looking for a Junior Sous for one of the UK’s most exciting restaurants located in the North West of England.
You will become part of a brigade of chefs who are pushing the boundaries of fine dining, making waves across the food industry with their impeccable and innovative cookery. You will be a senior figure in the kitchen brigade, running your own section and working with the Sous and Head chef to develop the food and train junior members of the team.
If you want to be working in a cutting edge kitchen, in a beautiful part of the country where the landscape inspires the food, then this is the job for you.
Applicants MUST have previous 3 Rosette or 1 Michelin star experience
Salary is up to £26k depending on experience and staff accommodation is available - you will struggle to find a better kitchen in the UK in which to be working!
