Pastry Chef de Partie - 1 Michelin Star Kitchen - Cornwall - up to £22k plus tips

We have a rare and exciting opportunity to work in one of the best kitchens in the South West of England.

You will join the brigade of the 1 Michelin star kitchen in Cornwall - working alongside some extremely talented chefs, with an industry-renowned head chef at the helm.

This is a seriously gastronomic kitchen - you’ll be working with fantastic Cornish produce to create stunning desserts, making fresh bread on a daily basis and other pastry elements for the hotel. 

The stunning restaurant only serves food in the evening, so your focus on a daily basis will be preparing your section for a perfect evening service, with no lunch!

This is a kitchen with a strong reputation of getting the best out of talented chefs - somewhere you will receive exceptional training, learning high level techniques and working methods.

You will receive a generous salary plus a share of the tips. Staff accommodation is available if required.

Candidates do not require prior Michelin experience - just a strong work ethic and a good level of pastry experience ideally in a fine dining setting.
