We have an opportunity for and experienced sous chef to join the team and run the kitchen alongside head chef.
The kitchen provides lunch and dinner service for the restaurant, light lunches teas and cakes for the café and pates, sauces and other items for sale in the deli. So it's a varied role with plenty to keep you busy and it's own challenges in terms of managing the flow of work throughout the day.
The ideal person for this role will be reliable and hard working, able to lead a team to produce results of a consistently high standard. Obviously a high level of skills on the fish section is essential as is willingness to work in an open kitchen and interact with customers.
