Senior Sous Chef - New Gastropub - Rosette ambitions - Near Gloucester - £28k - Live In

 

Would you like to be involved in a brand new opening of a foodie gastropub in Gloucestershire, working alongside a head chef who has experience working at 2 Michelin star level?

 

This new gastropub opening at the end of April 2018 will be complete with a brand new kitchen with all the gadgets and toys you need to produce food to a 2/3 Rosette level.

 

You will be cooking with organic produce grown on site and outstanding meat and fish from hyper-local suppliers.

 

As senior sous chef you will be second in command within a team of roughly 5 chefs, supervising and directing the rest of the kitchen team, helping manage sections, complete ordering, stock takes, and running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef.

 

You will be working 4 and a half days per week (closed all day Monday and Tuesday morning with one other day off). Live in is available if required.
