This award winning new venture has added an exciting new option to the thriving North West gastronomy scene.
The acclaimed chef patron gained a Michelin star for the main restaurant within months of opening and uses produce from the estate as the foundations for his individualist modern British cuisine.
In this role you will be working in the newly opened casual dining restaurant. The atmosphere is relaxed and food focus is on flavour and clean, simple presentation.
As sous chef you will play a key role in the managing the kitchen brigade and running service. you can also expect to have an input into menu development and supplier selection.
You will also of course be working with one of the UK's leading chefs.
This is very much a family run operation and teamwork is a key part of the ethos.
The Restaurant is closed 2 days per week, so you will always work 5 days out of 7 with 2 consecutive days off.

Who are we looking for?
An enthusiastic, creative and innovate chef with experience to at least junior sous level in a good quality kitchen.
