Sous Chef - Brand New Restaurant Opening with Michelin ambitions - Central London - up to £38k
Would you like to be involved with one of the UK’s most exciting restaurant openings of 2018?
We have a few remaining opportunities available to join this exceptionally talented kitchen brigade in creating what will certainly be one of Central London’s most exciting gastronomic projects.
You will become part of a large kitchen team that will be producing a tantalising a la carte menu to a high 1 Michelin star standard, for up to 340 covers per day (across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner)
As a Sous Chef, you will be part of the senior chef team, supervising the kitchen brigade and ensuring services are smooth & efficient, and that the food leaving the pass is of the high standard required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3/4 years experience in a Michelin environment, including 1/2 years in a senior position
- Experience working in a high volume, fresh food kitchen
- Excellent kitchen management and organisational skills
- A strong work ethic and ambitions to produce some of the best food in London
